DAN2020 2.0-way LSD Suits R180 diffs with bolt in style axles.
The DAN2020 suits longnose R180 “K” diff cases (a rough cast “K” is marked on the top of the diff main case to id) This identifies diffs with 115mm ID Crown wheel.
Pre 1977 diffs with no “K” marking on main case may have a 110mm ID crown wheel, they will require special machining to allow fitment.
(Never machine the KAAZ case, always modify the CW ID)
The bolt pattern (PCD) is the same on both styles of crown wheel.
DAN2020; 25 spline axles, 26.4mm shaft, M10 CW bolts qty x8, PCD 135mm.

2.0-Way LSD
Designed for motorsport, the 2.0-way limited-slip differential enhances turn-in under engine braking during cornering (when coming off throttle in gear).
This setup makes the car highly responsive and predictable, particularly during cornering and switchbacks.
It provides identical lockup characteristics for both acceleration and deceleration.

Tuning Your KAAZ
KAAZ differentials come preset at 100% locking, ideal for competitive motorsport.
For milder performance needs, such as street use, you can adjust the locking intensity by rearranging the clutch plates, reducing the friction surfaces.
Various settings are possible based on the number of plates in the differential.
Detailed clutch plate setting information is included with the KAAZ differential.
