DBN2010 1.5-way LSD to be used in conjunction with a R160 to R180 diff conversion, a 27-spline axle upgrade will also be required.
The DBN2010 suits R180 “K” diff cases (a rough cast “K” is marked on the top of the diff main case to id) This identifies 115mm ID Crown wheel.
Pre 1977 diffs with no “K” marking on main case may have a 110mm ID crown wheel, they will require special machining to allow fitment.
(Never machine the KAAZ case, always modify the CW ID)
The bolt pattern (PCD) is the same on both styles of crown wheel.
DBN2010; 27 spline axles, M12 CW bolts qty x8, PCD 135mm.

Tuning Your KAAZ
KAAZ differentials come preset at 100% locking, ideal for competitive motorsport.
For milder performance needs, such as street use, you can adjust the locking intensity by rearranging the clutch plates, reducing the friction surfaces.
Detailed clutch plate setting information is included with the KAAZ differential.
